I remember visiting my brother years ago when he lived between the house of that man who strangled his guests and flushed their bits down the drain, and Jeremy Beadle, whose front room (which you could see through his window) was full of books - looked like a public library. Anyway, Ally Pally had just opened the newly palm-filled bit (this really was years ago!), and very nice it looked too. I'd like to hear more about your plans, Johnnie. Something new and vibrant would be fantastic!
