I did complain to the Manager (not the manger; for goodness sake) and I also wrote a letter; to which I have received an acknowledgement but not a reply. If only a chandler had fallen on my head; esp if he was good looking; sadly it was a heavy iron chandelier: pleqse forgive quirky typing am in Provence trying to cope with a French keyboqrd. Whats your excuse Jojo ?
