Jojo, you seem to think thqt complaining about a heavy metal object falling on my head is unreasonable. Perhaps you would care to explain what you consider to be a reasonable response ? When answering, please remember that I was sitting where only a few minutes before; a six month old baby had been. If the chandelier had fallen on her head, would it still be unreasonable to complain ?
