The main ingredienTS are sausages and mashed potatoes. Other ingredients are things like salt, pepper, water, some sort of frying medium, and onion gravy (with a possibly long list of its own ingredients). the best sausages are mainly lean meat. The worst are mechanically recovered fatty gristle with unspeakable things like nipples and hairs in it, and rusk (flour) to hold the fat in. Not forgetting MSG and pink food colouring.
