I aint Rodney, but I have some thoughts on the topic......=) I think ALL dogs are different, and a dog is a dog. While I would be REALLY upset if any of my dogs did this, humans have the thinking brain and should be responsible for their actions as well. ANY dog CAN bite, so the humans should take proper actions to insure they arent bitten. Without knowing the true, total circumstances on this, its to hard to say. The "perfect" mastiff temperment would be they love all, but that isnt always the case, and with tooooooooooo many bad breedings going on, its just getting worse imo. I have one girl, who isnt the social butterfly. If she were in her yard, and soemone was around I would be out there with her. If someone tried to pet her, I would tell them no. After that, its up to the other human. But I sure do wish ALL mastiffs were social butterflies, they just arent
