This is just my opinion and it probably counts for squat - WTH is wrong with this GUY?!? Loose bolt, half stupid, deaf, blind? If I told someone not to pet a dog because it was not freindly and they did it anyway they deserve exactly what they get!
Mastiffs are gentle and should be gentle but they are also guard dogs with instincts to protect. They don't know the diference between good strangers and bad strangers unless there is someone there to tell them.
The guy is an idiot. And it is stupid people like this that press and enhance breed specific bans. I hope he does sue because there can be absolutely no way he can justify sticking his arm into private property and then getting pissed about being bitten.
How badly was he hurt? Freaking idiot. After my dog bit him I would come out and kick his ass!
