I read this on the other board (Mastiff Show Sight) The guy had been warned on another occasion. Bit was not too bad and when he came back from the hostital (where they decided to not even report the dog bite) , he was apologetic and embarrassed . He recognized that he had done wrong. No suit. Jenny's questions seems to be is this not an example of bad temperament? Is it ever justified for a Mastiff to bite? The consensus over there (and my opinon also) seemed to be that it was not an example of bad temperament given the circumstances--and that it was more an example of stupid human!!! Seems to me to be the consensus here also. LOL
