Hi Carol, sounds to me like you need to have your brothers come over with tons of treats, not pushing the issue, but rewarding your pup for good behavior towards them and ignoring when not. I think you have a long job a head of you to change this trend, but with lots of patience from you and your brothers, as well as any other male who doesn't mind have a 200lb dog growling at them (lol, good luck on that one) I think your pup can over come this. Patience, patience, patience.
