For the record... My breeder was the BEST! Gave me advice, listened to me whine, cried with me when I finally lost her. There is none better and it was just Maia's luck to be born under an unlucky star because her dogs and puppies are the best and beautiful and healthy and fine in every way. No history of any problems like this - just a bad thing happening to a very good dog. It happens.
OK - back to the topic. LOL
I did a little research and 1 gr=64.8 mg which is 324 mg dose, Maia was 360 altogether. So it is pretty comparable. My vet was going to introduce the bromide when the seizures stopped. But they never did - she still had about one a month even on that much pheno.
Candi you are lucky to live close to all kinds of specialists and those that deal with specific disorders. I think you should find a good source and tap it - tap it HARD! LOL At least for advice and stuff. It can all be so confusing - at least it was for me. You want to do what is best for your baby and it is sometimes hard to decide which treatment is best.
