Well, it's not necessary. At the age of 14 and 5lbs over weight with sever arthritis and Lyme's disease, Kacie has begun to go down hill. My vet has actually recommended euthansia if this next course of meds do not work.
Atlas, at the age of 11 has developed a few problems of his own and is slowing down considereable, and has begun to lose some weight. Vet has sent off bloodwork and we should know what is causing this soon.
So, you are in luck, both those dogs are not long for this world. That should make you extremely happy. You won't have to worry much longer.
Angus, however, is a 3yrs old APBT of standard height and weight (40lbs. & 17" tall) and he also has a heavy heavy prey drive and is very Dog and Cat Aggressive which is being handled with proper training by a knowledgeable Pit Bull Agility and Schutzhund trainer out of Baltimore and an e-collar.
So, please don't worry, it's not necessary. Oh, and my Foster girl Angel, who's been with us for a year now, is headed off on Saturday to her Forever home. So, I'll be down to 1 dog by the end of this year. Smile, you'll get what you've wanted for a long time now.
