Posted by Monte I'm in a local bubblebum band called The Banana Convention. We cover a few Archies and Ron Dante songs and have quite a following in this area. We're a bunch of younger kids (ages range from 20 - 29), so people like to see us "youngsters" playing this type of music. It would be an honor and a dream come true to play our music as an opening act for the true king of bubblegum pop music, Mr. Ron Dante. Does anybody know who I'd have to get in touch with to try to make this happen? The venue putting on the shows on those dates? Ron himself? Ron's management? Any ideas/help? If anybody has ANY information on this, please let me know. Thank you. --Monte N

I was curious about the scheduled Ron Dante shows scheduled in the Mid-West, in particular the 12/11 show in Indianapolis and/or the 2/19 show in Cincinatti, OH. I'd absolutely love to make it to one of these shows, but would love to perform as an opening act at either of these shows even more.
