I am trying to discover how my husband's family came from England to the USA; I can get back to 1790 in NC, a Joseph Riden, and there's a on a prison ship in Charleston harbor during the Revolution, but I can't get back further than that...do any Roydens in the US have descendents that ended up in the Carolinas after the Revolution?
