Is Frankby Hall the same place as HillBark home of the late Sir Thomas Bland Royden? During the WW11 years the Royal Liverpool Seamans Orphanage was housed on the property as the Newsham Park buildings had been bombed.I was one of the children living there.May McColl Barnett.
