How do I go about getting the stereo mix, say from official Gilmour Meltdown DVD, down on CD???

There's a number of descent RoIO's out there from the Gilmour shows back in 2001 and 2002, but I'd really like to have the DVD on CD so to speak!

Again! Please, pretty please keep it simple as I'm no technical wizz!!
