If you stand in the middle of a room visualise a laser pointing from the front of each hip. bend one knee and this will frezze the other into place. Move your free hipfrom the back corner to the front corner of your room. then try with the other hip. The same idea should work for both hips as well as the back eight. For the uppwards eight turn facing a mirror. Have one foot flat and one at three quarter point.smoothlyalternate and watch as an eight emerges.For the down eight plant both feet on the flor turn your side to the mirror.Push one hip out straight and slowly drop it. Thenalternate. You'll know it is correct when from the side it looks like a bellyroll. I hope this helps.
