Posted by Selket - Buy stretchy sheer or semisheer fabric (I made one out of black stretch-lace), and a pair of very-low-cut underpants (common now that hip-hugger pants are back) that match the color of the fabric. - Make a tube that is long enough to go from the top edge of the underpants to the underside of your dance top/bra (where it will be pinned in place each time you use it), plus 1". - Sew the tube onto the top edge of the underpants with a stretch/zig-zag stitch. - Try on the bodystocking. Make any necessary adjustments to the length, keeping that 1" of fabric to spare. - Roll the top edge down 3 times so there will be a strong, 1/4" edge. Hem with a stretch/zig-zag stitch. A couple of variations on the tube are: a very low-cut (under-bust) sleeveless tanktop design, or this same shape with long-sleeved arms - either way you don't have to pin anything to your dance bra. If you are not into sewing a bodystocking, I know of two companies who make/sell a bunch of different designs: Sugar Petals (http://www.sugarpetals.com) If you are going to sew your own, I recommend you check out the websites so that you can see what your finished project should look like. Best of luck! Selket

It is a body stocking. You can make one yourself:
