For *just* a belt (one that can be adapted for a cabaret OR a tribal-fusion costume), try Cost Less Imports, http://www.costlesscostumes.com. Last I visited their Berkeley, CA shop, they were still selling authentic coin belts, but were thinking of discontinuing them (cost/labor intensive). They said that they would continue to sell authentic coins and all the materials one needs to make coin belts, bras and other items. You might also try eBay. If you are into tribal-style authentic coin belts with tassels, etc. try FatChanceBellyDance, http://www.fcbd.com.
