The beginning

A man's legacy needs to start sometime. On Inferno the Night becomes engulfed with Fire, as Damien Steele makes his debut. With all of this talk of New vs. Old School an enigma comes to the forefront combining both sides of what this business has become. Damien’s in ring inexperience is off set by his unmatched physical appearance and his mental prowess. On Inferno a new legend to the business will be born, where will you be as the next chapter of the SFT is about to be written. As we cut in, Damien is seen standing outside the Liacourous Center in Philadelphia. The night is cold and the trash flutters about the street. Passing cars on Broad Street fill the night with sounds of car horns and screeching rubber. Damien though is still and the outside world has to effect on what goes on inside his shallow mind. He walks inside the empty arena and heads towards the weight room, he reaches the weight room and takes a key out of his pocket, and a click is heard as he unlocks the door. Dave turns the lights on and looks up at the clock hanging on the wall, which reads 2:47 A.M. He walks over to the stereo and turns it on. King Nothing by Metallica blares throughout the empty room and Damien walks over to a chair sitting by a desk. He sits down and shuts his eyes.

"When you look at your life who thought they would be where they are at today? Who thought they would have accomplished the things they have. Are you disappointed at the things you hoped to accomplish but failed? In a nights dream all of those things become a reality, a reality which shows you what could have been your life, but when you open your eyes after the dream do you do what is needed to take that next step in your life, because with every day that passes your time is running out. I myself learn something new about my self on a daily basis, I unfortunately look back at the train wreck of a childhood that I lived and find self attempting to fix the unfixable. I waited to long to ask for forgiveness and now at night the fire continues to engulf the ruins that have become my vindictive soul."

Damien opens his eyes and the song in the back round begin to fade off in the distance, again he closes his eyes, and a pained look comes across his face. He quickly shoots up out of the chair and a bead of sweat is evident across his forehead.

"Your past is the thing that makes you the person you become in the future. My past is an epic, and one that has many different twists and turns. I still am looking for answers to questions that were posed to me many, many years ago. As time goes by you all will learn more about me than most as I can not help the visions I have, I also can not apologize to those I may meet once I step into the ring. I can tell those that plan to tune in to SFT television that I promise excitement and I promise I will bust my ass to try and you give you are the blood sweat and tears I can."

Damien walks over to the mirror and looks at himself for a minute. The music slowly starts to fade back in as does the reality that Damien lives in.

"It will be an honor to step into the ring with the greats of this federation, people like World Champion Zybala, Murphy, Redd, and Nirvana. I also anticipate what my battles with the rookies like Trent, Aphro, and Phoenix will entail. I hope you all are ready because once the fire is light not even the night can put it out."

Damien turns away from the camera and shuts the lights off. He leaves the music on but turns the lights out. The music fades as the SFT goes to commercial.
