As the scene opens we see Mark Halbrook signing sheets of paper at a receptionists desk, wearing black wrestling pants and a t-shirt. It is Friday February 22nd, Mark Halbrook's last day teaching at his Legacy Wrestling Academy...
Receptionist: You know Mr. Halbrook, your contribution to this school has been unmatched by anyone, we're really sad to have to see you go...
Mark Halbrook: Sad to see me go? In my opinion i've been here much longer than I had ever intended to... I've just been caught up the game, and once you start training wrestlers who become well respected, you in turn receive lots of respect; it gets to be addicting.
Receptionist: Well, be that as it may, you'll be hard to replace.
Mark Halbrook: (pause) Of course I will be missed! It is going to be impossible to replace me! All you can do is find a second best, which will likely drop the admission to the school, as well as donations.
At this point a much smaller wrestler comes behind Halbrook and taps Halbrook on the shoulder
Small Wrester: It's has been an honour having you teach here, Mr. Halbrook!
Halbrook eyes the man over before reluctantly putting his hand out to shake. The two men shake hands, and Halbrook goes back to the desk to look at his papers again
Halbrook: Who was that man?
Receptionist: You should know, you hired him! He's Jimmy Kink, a former lightweight champion in SCW, the wrestling federation you used to own a stake in.
Halbrook: oh. Well it's too bad I won't be here anymore to separate the actual contenders from pretenders. That way the school won't waste our money on people like him.
Receptionist: Well actually, he will be taking over as head trainer after you are leave.
Halbrook looks slightly dismayed at this point, he takes the papers he's been signing and shoves them in his pocket
Halbrook: Well tell the door man, to bring my car around and i'll be on my way out of this shinking ship...
Receptionist: I'm afraid I can't do that sir... Mr. Kink told everyone they could leave 15 minutes early today.
At this point Mark Halbrook hastily walks away from the receptionist and spots Jimmy Kink's portrait on a nearby wall full of framed pictures of the school trainers. Halbrook rips it down and throws it on the floor. There is a nearby steel chair, which Halbrook folds on top of the framed photo, and he jumps on top of the chair smashing the glass in the portrait. He then throws the chair and photo through the glass window about the receptionist's desk
Mark Halbrook: Tell the board of governors they'd better fire Mr. Kink, he's unstable! He just broke that window! You'd better get rid of him before he causes any more damage. Tell Strike Force Towers I'm coming, it's time for change everywhere it seems...
Halbrook steps over the glass on the floor and walks through the doors of the wrestling academy, as the screen fades out...
