Greetings and some clarification.
The aftermarket springs are finished so cleanly on the ends that the "pips" just ride over without locking.The shoulder on the nuts do not fit easily within the springs.Of course hadn't noticed all this while assembling.The pip's are actually just staked, unlike original fracture(?),and are not equally"deep".
The tech rep claims that the problems as outlined are virtually impossible with his product and it's also impossible for nuts to slack off due to the spring tension.
My personal conclusion is that $12 for springs and nuts could solve this problem(?).......
