Maybe the thrust washer and rollers need replacing?
You will need the hub extractor tool 61-7014, also the engine sprocket has to be pulled off together with the clutch assembly, so you also need puller 61-6132 for that, but you could make one up yourself easily enough?
I suggest you also get the clutch locking tool 61-3768, so you can do up the clutch nut again?
