That lower cone will have to be replaced attempting to re-use it will be pointless.
If you are careful you can grind most of the way through the cone with a 4" angle grinder then immediately slam the stem down on a block of hardwood.
Grinding will weaken the cone and heat from grinding will also expand it so it will slide down the stem when you hit the hardwood block.
Good idea to do the reverse when fitting the new cone, freeze the yoke/stem to contract it and heat the cone to expand, push the cone on square [not cocked to one side] or you will be in bother.
Boat trailer/marine grease is pretty much waterproof and certainly a good idea with bearings exposed to water spray.
