Found my trouble. I had trimmed the bowl gaskets too much and had the float assembly floating right out of it's postion which was allowing the gas to flow freely. Mainly under vibration. It wasn't the tickler or clutch cable at all. New gasket fixed it. The gasket actually holds the float assembly from floating out. I cut the area of gasket which overlaps the float axle in error. Thanks for your suggestions, I'm riding again.
