Help...T140v 73' 750 5 speed...
QUESTION, is there supposed to be a plain rubber O-ring between the chain drive sprocket and the "high gear"???
I replaced the larger diameter seal that is held into tranny with a c-clip, ALSO replaced the seal that is pressed into the high gear around main shaft. I have the new seal for sprocket cover along with a new gasket.....
The sprocket nut is tourqued on and ready to put the cover on but I don't recall any o ring in the gasket/seal kit?!?!
Did I forget something here?
