well, let's just put it this way Richard - in 92 I rode my T140 from Perth in Western Australia to Cairns in Queensland, a total distance of about 7,000 kms. At one point, I blew a piston crossing the Nullarbor Plain and limped into a place called Eucla, basically a truckstop with a toilet.
There was one road to the nearest city, Adelaide - 1,200kms away....
As they say, "It's a big country...!"
