wiring in a halogen headlamp upgrade T140v

Can any one tell me which wires to connect to on the head light circut? The new unit has 3 wires black wire, red wire and green wire.The new one is of the 3 pronged plug type. they have bullet connectors so they will plugs right in. There is no pilot (small bulb). Thanks.
