Gearbox seal behind secondary gear sprocket

Replaced the seal/O ring + the seal in the door behind the clutch basket. LEAKING worse now than it was before the seals were replaced. I'm using Nulon G70 Manual Gearbox and Diff Treatment in the gearbox oil. Should I drain oil out, change all the seals/O ring again and go back to straight gearbox oil??? PLEASE HELP!!!
