my 71 t120r always pinked with 9.1 compression regardless of fuel i used.so,went for 750 big bore kit with 8.5 compression ratio.upped the front sprocket 1 tooth for higher gearing at the same time and now its really good with no pinking.using 220 main jets and reverse cone megaphones.no air filters.this set up is hard on primary chains being only 2 row.
