First,tighten all three spring adjuster nuts down until the ends of the 'screwed pins' are all level with the outer faces of the adjuster nuts, then turn each nut as necessary to adjust the pressure plate until it lifts squarely.
You will need a wide-bladed 'screwdriver' tool with a notch cut in the middle to clear the ends of the threaded pins as they protrude into the adjuster nut slots as you tighten them.

I would recommend that you rig up a pointer (or a dial gauge if you have one?) to 'clock' the outer ring of the pressure plate as you rotate it (using the kickstart lever) with the plugs out and the clutch lever pulled in.
