CLUTCH !!!

Just changed the clutch plates, cush drive rubbers, pressure plate push rod...you name it ive changed it...clutch works like a dream, only now.....when its engaged the adjuster nut is "boring" thru the primary case!! Help.. what have i or have'nt done?
