Ok... i did mean disengaged... so when clutch lever is pulled in it throws the clutch out and the adjuster nut grinds into the access plug....new push rod 'is' longer than the old one, but i was told thats because the old one was knackered. no alloy pressure plates fitted. Will pull apart and start again...check recheck and measure things
