Be very wary when changing the oil pressure switch, std thread is 1/8" NPTP [parallel] If you use a NPT [tapered] switch you will probably crack the switch mounting boss in the timing cover, you will then be despondent. Especially when you find out that Triumph timing covers vary quiet significantly in outside dimension. .
