Cheers wol. Unfortunately, with the push in TT pipes, theres only about 20mm actually pushed into the head due to the length of the smaller diameter pipe which pushes in when you also slip the finned ring over. After cutting some slots to enable the pipes to deform a little & push in I did manage to fit the pipes today and although they arent a perfect fit I think I'll get away with it. I have got one of the bolt-up kits for improving the push in port mounting, I'll probably fit that too.
