DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE HISTORY OF WHEN DIFFERENT NOISE REGS APPLY/CAME IN?
I HAVE A 20YR OLD MEGA THAT IS OK TO USE,BUT THE BRAND NEW EQIVELENT ONE IS MARKED "NOT FOR ROAD USE"
- WOULD THIS STILL HOLD TRUE FOR A 1976 BIKE.
