T140E rear master brake Cylinder

I have just installed a brand new rear master brake cylinder and have to pump the brake lever to get the brakes on. Guess there is an air lock somewhere but have bled the system until there is no sign of air bubles. Anyone got any ideas???? It would be good to have brakes again!!!
