Matt is saying oil is blowing out of the breather pipe under the gas tank as I read it.
This suggests to me that the thin black rubber breather pipe that should connect from the T-piece just by the swinging arm to the pipe just behind the headstock is connected at the bottom end (and this is where it is getting its oil vapor) and is not connected at the top end so instead of the oil vapor going into the oil tank it is covering the top part of the engine?
But you might well be right , Les, I guess we need Matt to tell us exactly where the oil is coming from the breather tube i.e. top or bottom?
