Wow thanks for the help! First thing i cant belive i put sumo and not sump (slip of the finger). The oil is blowing back out from the breather under the fuel tank. I shall look into the breather pipe as it does not apear to have one fitted so thank you for pointing that out! I am told that the bike is fitted with electronic ignition though i dont know what make as yet as i have not removed the timing cover. The oil does drain back quite fast as in a couple of nights though once started it returns to the frame in not much time. As for oil pump service what should i be looking for and do i need a service kit ect? Once again many thanks for everyones help i am sure i will be asking more questions about my bike as soon as i have fixed this issue.
Matt
