Rear Disc hose run

I'm refitting my rear disc system and have a new master cylinder and feed hose. I've forgotten the route up to the reservoir. Is it behind the swing arm (but on the tyre side) and up, or between the swing arm and the footrest hanger? It looks as if that#'s a bit tight.
