Thanks folks ,I think its to do with the yoke. The holes look a bit off centre as though they have been bored for some reason a bit unprofessionally. It seems odd though that they should be smaller than standard as I took out the rubberised cush set which I would have thought would be standard too.16mm as opposed to 19mm of the new alloy inserts.I could drill them out a bit bigger I guess.
