A dedicated half hour in the car park at work.
For other's information, the pistons were heavily stuck and I've spent 10-15 hours in my garage on this!
The eventual cure was a mixture of G clamps, shims of hardwood (between the pistons) and Cable ties. I "restrained" one piston to send the force to one side. Then I changed sides and did the dsame.
It's easy to get one out, but then the second will be stuck. You must get BOTH to move before removing one.
I wore those loose rubber gloves that aren't rubber (B&Q) so when one piston was eventually free, I could use a finger and cover the hole inside the piston area. The rubber gave me a good seal.
I used a small tyre compressor run from my car with a plastic nozzle fitted. This was covered with a bit of soft rubber tube. The idea was to get a good seal.
I had to get the pressure up to about 50-60 PSI to start with. I now have a very sore finger
Now for some bits to finish.....
