they are New from Wilemans Derby....No make evident...I've made a couple of Collets to force a space between the top shock bracket amd the luggage rack arm, so they will go right way up...but the ones I am replacing were upside down for the same reason.....since posting first question, I have googled images , and found quite a few with the same luggage rack, have upside down shocks...Also found some on this sites gallery
