I'd say it's nothing to worry about, because the crankcases and primary will be full of oil mist when the engine is running. Presumably the breather oil baffle plate is fitted (behind the clutch)?
As the engine has just been rebuilt you must expect it to blow a bit more than normal until the rings bed in.
