Engine Oil

Hi All, Pretty basic question, but what engine oil are you guys using these days? I have always fed my 1980 T140 on Castrol GTX, but now they have gone all fancy with GTX 15W - 40 'High Mileage', is it worth going for their 20W - 50 Classic oil? Thanks.
