Hi Guys, Whilst thrashing....er. . going at a healthy lick I shut the throttle for engine braking I get a series of popping back through the exhausts. I have the exhaust/cylinder head modification from our esteemed host which I fully recommend for push in pipes, and can see no leaks.Plugs show a goodly mixture setting and correct jet sizes in my Mk11 amals. I use straight through peashooters and cut down Mk1 amal bellmouths with gauze. It does go VERY well apart from the popping back noises. It may be megaphonitis but it hasn't always been there.Any ideas?
