Oil Leak

Hello All, Over the years I have gardually stopped all the oil leaks on my 1980 T140. Nothing seaps from the sump, nothing from the crankcase faces, even the push rod tubes are bone dry. Just one left - the primary chain adjuster, and it's annoying the hell out of me! Does anybody know of a fix? Thanks.
