about 1 1/2 best way is to get motor warm then find the sweet spot as in turn mixture screw in or out till it idles fastest then back it off 1/8 of a turn.then readjust tickover with other screw.go out on it do a plug chop as in get her up t0 60 odd find a lay bye coming up kill the motor coast to a halt take out plug and check colour is right also use high octane unleaded.thats what i think anyway good luck..
