T140E Side Panels (inner)

Hello, Experts, I am rebuilding a 1979 T140E and I want to know what the small square hole in the metal inner side panel is for, and then 2 small holes about 3" apart on the other inner panel. Wouldn't like to get to the last stages to realise I forgotten something! Peter
