Sorry to hear of your circumstances and I'm sure you will find plenty of help.
I suggest you look on the Registration document V5c (this is assuming you are in the UK) then post the model and year on here (for security I wouldn't put reg or frame numbers other than perhaps the first few letters and digits)
There are plenty of knowledgeable folks on here who will give you an idea of how to move it and its value. As Geoff says - eBay is a good spot to get a realistic value, but it would be useful to know where the price can be expected to be.
