It is possible I suppose? But there's a bit more to converting a '78 to '81 spec. than just fitting the parts you've mentioned.
If you really want the '81 specification (or at least '79-on spec.?), then I think it would be much simpler and cheaper in the long run to look for a '79-on model unless you know somebody who will sell you the parts cheaply.
