To be honest a full-floating disc will only be of real benefit in racing or very fast road circumstances, when things get all hot and bothered, I favour drilled std disc, I prefer Rubber hoses (for feel) but always use a quality sintered pad like EBC HH pads at present. The Lockheed cast iron caliper can be a little wooden in feel, the Alloy version is better in that respect, the Grimeca is quite nice and a simple bolt on.
